What your order needs

Shipping is calculated from the shirts in your cart, without asking for personal information. You enter your contact, delivery, and payment details in Stripe Checkout. We save the contact and delivery information needed to produce and deliver your order and help with order questions. This store does not receive or store your full card number.

Who helps us deliver

Stripe processes payments. Printify and its production and shipping partners receive the information needed to make and deliver your items. Supabase stores our order records, and our hosting provider processes requests needed to run the website.

Understanding store visits

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, product views, cart additions, checkout starts, and completed purchases. It collects referral sources and general device and location information without using analytics cookies. Shopping events include a product identifier or an amount in USD. We remove checkout session references from page URLs and do not send names, email addresses, delivery addresses, or order references in these events.

Your browser keeps a general visit source, such as search or social, for up to 24 hours in this tab so a payment redirect does not change it. It also saves up to 100 purchase markers to avoid counting the same purchase again when you refresh. These markers stay in your browser and are ignored after 90 days. You can remove them by clearing this website’s browser data.

Understanding where orders come from

For our own order reporting, this tab also remembers your first store visit for up to 24 hours: the referring website’s hostname or platform, general channel such as search or social, campaign labels from a tagged link, and the public store page where you arrived. When you start checkout, we save those details with the order so we can understand which links lead to purchases. We keep only short campaign labels made of letters, numbers, hyphens, or underscores, and never save full referring URLs, search terms, advertising click identifiers, or checkout references in this record. Missing sources stay unknown; a direct visit does not tell us what brought you here.

This first-party order reporting works independently of Meta and Google ad measurement and does not send these details to either company. We stop recording and clear the tab’s order-source details when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or you switch off Meta or Google ad measurement. Your choice does not erase an order record already saved; use the contact below to ask about it. Facebook and Instagram selection links preserve only a known platform and general channel during secure recovery, so campaign details from those links may be unavailable.

Your cart stays with you

Your browser saves product selections and checkout references locally so your cart survives a refresh. Delivery addresses are not saved in your browser’s local storage. You can remove your cart items or clear this website’s browser data.

When you open an order-status or Facebook or Instagram selection link, we use an essential cookie to recover that particular checkout or selection while keeping its reference out of the page address. These cookies expire after 30 days for order status and 24 hours for shopping selections. We keep up to eight recent returns within a limited cookie budget, so newer returns or clearing browser data can remove an older one sooner. Your browser history keeps a separate reference for each return, so different tabs do not replace one another. Once its cookie is gone, a cleaned order-status link cannot reopen the order; use your Stripe receipt or contact us for help. These cookies are used for checkout recovery, whether or not ad measurement is on.

Telling you when a design drops

If you submit your email in our signup form, we send a confirmation email. You must open its link and choose Confirm signup before a new signup becomes eligible for design-drop emails. Opening the link alone does nothing. We record your address, signup time, signup surface, internet address when available, and the wording shown — “We'll send a confirmation email first. Once you confirm, we'll email you when a new design drops. Nothing else, and you can stop any time.” — plus when you confirm. Earlier subscribers keep their existing permission; if we confirm historical permission by the owner’s approval, we record that separately from an inbox-link confirmation.

Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Request a fresh one through the same form after 15 minutes; we limit confirmation requests to three per address in 24 hours. We also keep a scrambled request identity with recent attempt counts to limit abuse, clearing counters older than a day as the form is used. We keep no browser details or link to a cart or order. Confirmation pages carry no analytics or advertising tags.

After confirmation, we email you once about each new Design of the Week, on the morning it drops. Resend, our email provider, receives your address and the confirmation or drop message to deliver it. We record provider attempts and acceptance receipts; acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. A queued confirmation message is retained privately for safe retries and cleared when sending ends. Drop links identify the drop for order attribution, never the recipient. Each drop email has an unsubscribe link, including your mail app’s own unsubscribe button when available.

If you never confirm and have not unsubscribed, we remove the pending signup and its confirmation records after the latest confirmation link expires, during a scheduled cleanup pass. A permitted resend renews that 24-hour window. Confirmed and earlier signup records stay until you ask us to remove them. An unsubscribe records when you stopped emails and preserves the address. Resubmitting the form alone never restarts drop emails: a fresh confirmation is required, and we retain the earlier unsubscribe time. Your address is never sold or shared for anyone else’s advertising. For complete removal, including confirmation and delivery records, use the contact address below. This removes the subscriber list records; order records and copies already held by our email provider, support inbox, hosting logs or earlier backups may remain.

This list is separate from Meta and Google ad measurement. Switching measurement off does not remove you from it, and being on it does not switch measurement on.
